As we all prepare for end of year, working on budgets, targets and projects for the year ahead, I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to all of our customers. Some of you have been with us for over a decade, others might have only recently started working with us; we appreciate all of you, the fact you want to ensure that your teams are working in safe and compliant workplaces and we learn as much from you as you do from us. Because of our customers, our willingness to constantly improve our products and services, and the feedback we receive - positive and negative - we are able to improve our business, which is only a positive for everyone involved.
Part of our strategic plan for improvement is a large reinvestment into our software, Canopy Safety, for which we are in early discussions at management level. 'Canopy II' is in the very early stages of development but promises to be the best safety and compliance software available. It is a culmination of the incredible software we already have and the areas we, as professionals, and you, as our customers, need to run any business of any size, anywhere in the world. We will keep you updated when the project plans become clearer but wanted to share this exciting development.
I would also like to thank the amazing KVF Team. At every level, from directors to advisors and support colleagues. You are the reason we are so successful! ONE TEAM, ONE GOAL!
We also work with some amazing partners, other professionals in the industry, software developers and charitable organisations and it has been a pleasure meeting and beginning new partnerships and continuing existing relationships.
I am excited to see what 2024 will bring and I wish you all well.
