Meet the Team

It's quite possible that you'll already know our Managing Director, Lee Kennedy.  He remains heavily involved in auditing our Customers nationwide to ensure we deliver an unprecedented service to each and every one.  He is not only a respected and hugely knowledgeable Safety Advisor, but a mentor to his staff, a dad, friend and ex-serviceman with a keen eye for detail and a passion for cars.

Responsible for all day-to-day operations of KVF, and affiliated products and services, liaising with our customers, and provides ongoing system development and support.  He’s a keen Bath rugby supporter, and enjoys county walks with his two dogs with a swift pint along the way.

Probably your first point of contact with KVF and part of the furniture!  Fiona not only supports the team, but is also a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to our customers.  First and foremost, she is a Mum and wife, and also a keen Cross-Fit Coach at her local gym, helping younger members reap the many health and social benefits from regular exercise.

An army veteran having served 12 years in the Royal Artillery.  Mark is not only is a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor, but also provides training to our customers for Fire Marshal, Manual Handling, and Health & Safety Responsibilities.  He’s married to Jan and lives in Poole with their two dogs, and enjoys all sports including football & rugby.

With over eight years of dedicated service across diverse sectors including automobile manufacturing, construction, and highway maintenance, Idris is well placed to serve our customers with their Health & Safety requirements.  He’s also an Associated Member of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment, providing our customers with dedicated support for environmental issues and concerns.  Most importantly he’s married to his wife, and a dad to their daughter.

Having spent the last 20 years working in Facilities Management, Property Maintenance and Construction, Callum joined us in June 2024.  He is our “go-to” person for all complex fire related enquires, and can also provide our customers with Fire Extinguisher servicing, as well as PAT testing.  Away from work, he’s a big music lover and has been playing the guitar for nearly twenty years.  He also has a keen and active interest in science, specifically human biology and has a qualification in cellular and molecular biology from the university of Whitireia.
