Fire Risk
Assessment
It is a legal requirement for all non-domestic properties to have a Fire Risk Assessment, undertaken by a Competent Person, to ensure the safety of your premises, employees and visitors, and to fullfil the legal requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 in England and Wales. Our Advisor will conduct a thorough, objective inspection and identify potential hazards which will be documented in a comprehensive report outlining areas that require attention. With our help, you can take proactive measures to prevent fires and keep your property and its occupants safe from harm.
Fire Extinguisher
Servicing
Employers also have a legal responsibility under the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order to ensure that fire extinguishers within the workplace are regularly serviced so that they are kept in good repair and working order. All types of extinguishers require annual fire extinguisher inspection to check weight, correct pressure and for signs of corrosion or damage. Our qualified Engineer will check hoses, mechanisms and dip tubes (catridgeoperated only).

Testing
Our comprehensive PAT testing is undertaken by fully qualified engineers to the Institution of Electrical Engineers’ Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment to make sure your equipment is safe. We provide an appliance log and PAT testing certificates on every visit to document your legal compliance.
Health & Safety
Policy
If you employ 5 or more staff, it is a legal requirement to have a Health & Safety Policy, outlining the approach, arrangements and management of health & safety within the organisation. We offer a bespoke policy writing service, in which our advisor will consult with you to ensure the contents are fit for purpose.
